CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

To make a change or cancel your order please contact us urgently on (02) 9651 2337. Once your goods have been despatched we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

If your order has been despatched, we can arrange an exchange or refund once you contact us on (02) 9651 2337 or info@saddleworlddural.com.au Please note that postage charges are non-refundable. Please quote your first name and surname in the reference field as they appear on your order.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We are happy to refund or exchange full priced items that are returned to us in the original, packaged and unused condition within 21 days from the date of receipt. We are unable to offer return or refund for sale items. Please note we are unable to accept gullet plates for return, exchange or refund. In regards to new saddle purchases, if the saddle you choose is not the right fit for you or your horse, we can work with you to organise collection, exchange or refund subject to a $100 restocking fee.

FAULTY GOODS

Please contact us if you suspect your product to be faulty. The discretion of the supplier will deem if the product has a manufacturers fault or was misused.

Saddleworld Dural will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or courier services.
