FREE SHIPPING - for all orders over $200, excluding large, heavy or bulky items (these will be charged a flat rate of $25).

Orders under $200 will incur a shipping charge of $15.

Goods will be sent via Australia Post Express satchels, where possible.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of in-stock items within Australia once your goods have been dispatched. When an item is out of stock or not available, we will advise you of any delay.

We do not accept international orders via this website - please contact us directly if you would like to enquire about international orders.

We are happy to refund or exchange full priced items that are returned to us in the original, packaged and unused condition within 21 days from the date of receipt. Saddle Purchases: If the saddle you choose is not the right fit for you or your horse, we can work with you to organise collection, exchange or refund subject to a $100 restocking fee.
